Old Injuries and working out
This week for me has been quite the challenge. Old injuries flaring up has made this week the challenge. An old ankle sprain causes pain towards the end, asthma that I thought had gone away flares up if I push myself too hard, but I push through knowing what my goal is; that 5k in September that my friend Shannon and I working so hard to be ready for.
The way this week has been dealing with the pain towards the end of training has really made me consider giving up and giving in.
