New Week, New Goals
This week Shannon and I are doing things a bit differently. Since we are both still recovering from injuries we have decided to do low impact, like the stationary bike.
Today we did about 5 miles on the bike and I'm feeling it in my legs. I honestly forgot what it feels like to be sore from a good workout. I'm hoping that by the end of this week I can ride 10 miles and not feel it as bad in the legs. Doing the stationary bike will hopefully allow me to strengthen my knees and legs in prep for the 5K in September.
My goals for the week:
* Walk at least a mile a day while taking the dog for a walk
* Be able to 10 miles on the bike by the end of the week
* Drink more water (Yes I have a problem with not drinking enough water)
* Keep track of all calories that I take in and make sure to meet my goal and not go over or under
* Work on cutting out soda (I drink way too much soda during the week).
This is what I want to accomplish this week.
